While many mortgage providers offer service level agreements, we actually follow them. We are committed to providing you with excellent communication throughout the mortgage process. You can expect:

  • Underwriting to be completed within 72 hours of a loan submission, which means you know your next steps quickly;
  • Closing figures at least 72 hours prior to a loan closing, so you and your realtor are well prepared in advance of the meeting;
  • Weekly status reports to keep you updated on the progress of your loan;
  • Supplemental updates to keep you informed of any milestone events taking place throughout the week.
